We are out of network with insurance plans at Central Park Physical Therapy. If you have out of network benefits you may be fully covered, and we will gladly check your health benefits to help you determine cost for treatment services.

We are not accepting new Medicare patients.

Central Park Physical Therapy charges a self-pay fee of $300/half hour, or $600/hr for 1 on 1 treatment with a physical therapist.
