We are happy to announce that we are now accepting new Medicare patients!

We are out of network with most insurance plans at Central Park Physical Therapy. If you have out of network benefits you may be fully covered, and we will gladly check your health benefits to help you determine cost for treatment services.

Central Park Physical Therapy charges a self-pay fee of $300/half hour, or $600/hr for specialized 1 on 1 treatment with a skilled physical therapist.
